BOZEMAN, MONTANA – 7/23/2026 – The National Center for Rural Road Safety is proud to recognize the graduates of its Spring Road Safety Champion Program (RSCP).
“As this program continues to grow and meet the increasing demand for road safety training, each new class of graduates demonstrates just how valuable this knowledge is for professionals across many disciplines,” said Jaime Sullivan, the Center’s director. “Whether you are an engineer, law enforcement officer, emergency medical services provider, construction professional, or work in another field, road safety is an essential part of what you do. The Road Safety Champion Program reflects that need, and we couldn’t be more proud of each graduate.”
This spring, 64 participants earned their Road Safety Champion certification, with several graduates expanding their expertise by completing an additional career pathway after previously earning certification in another area.
The nationally recognized RSCP provides comprehensive, web-based Road Safety 101 training through core coursework and specialized career pathways in Planning and Engineering (P&E), Maintenance and Construction (M&C), First Responders (FR), and Public Health (PH). The program is administered by the National Center for Rural Road Safety in partnership with participating Local Technical Assistance Programs (LTAPs).
