Agricultural Equipment
In rural areas, agricultural vehicles and equipment share the roads with personal and commercial vehicles. Many agricultural vehicles are larger and slower than other vehicles types, sometimes causing unsafe passing conditions. Collisions involving these vehicles can result in injuries, fatalities, and costly damage to agricultural equipment. Downtime due to damaged vehicles has economic repercussions for individual farms and rural communities.
This section provides countermeasures and resources for agricultural equipment safety awareness.
